Customer Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day return period and full refund of the purchase price amount on certain items as long as you follow the steps below.
- Call us and get an RMA number for your item before you ship it back to us. Items without an RMA number cannot be accepted. Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box as illustrated in the address below
- AIBO, AIBO Items, or any AIBO software are not available for return once they have been opened or the factory seals broken
- i-Cybie robots cannot be returned under any circumstances. Since they are not made anymore, they are collectibles and there is NO manufacturer for us to return them to
- Any Item that has been opened CANNOT be returned.
- Any items that were sold as in package or sealed bag cannot be returned once opened
- Make sure the returned items are packaged carefully and are insured, with a tracking number, or delivery confirmation number
- We refund the original purchase price only as long as the item is in the same condition as it was when shipped
- WE cannot refund shipping costs
