If for some reason you feel that your parcel and products are not in resonance with this, we're happy to have a chat about returns.
Of course if you are wanting to return something, please do contact us promptly after receiving your parcel. Due to the nature of many of our products (such as food, medicine, personal care, etc), returns are not always possible. In this case we may offer you a refund, or an exchange or gift code for your next order.
